The Micro and Nano-Technology Lab (MNTLAB) belongs to the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Democritus University of Thrace, in Xanthi Greece. It was established in 1977.

MNT Lab’s activites are organized around:

  1. Main and applied research
  2. Theoretical courses and laboratory exercises for undergraduate students
  3. Supervision of MSc and PhD students
  4. Participation in various research and developmental projects funded by European, International and National initiatives.
